I share space with 4 other talented and fun artists. What I find about sharing space with other artists is we seem to inspire and learn from each other. We all love to have a good laugh, get messy when creating and enjoy a seemingly endless supply of chocolate! The building is old and probably slated for development in the next couple of years. However, we painted the walls and now it’s looking like our personalized and funky, working studio space.
We welcome visitors but by appointment only.
Find us at: Suite 211 – 2270 CLIFFE AVE, COURTENAY, BC, V9N 2L4 in what’s known as the Mansfield centre. Look for the Beachwood Cafe. Lynn Farwell
From a young age Lynn was deeply influenced by the natural beauty surrounding her. Spending endless hours on horseback she rode through trails, beaches and backwoods in Campbell River. These experiences nurtured her connection to the land and inspired her interest in forms as subject matter for art.

Mary Gorman
Mary Gorman is an artist who comes from Ireland and has settled here in the Comox valley. Gorman attended art college in Dublin, Ireland, graduating in 1993. After 5 wonderful years at art college, she pursued a career as a muralist creating and executing projects both at home in Ireland, in London UK, Paris and Sydney, Australia. After a year living in Australia Gorman felt drawn to British Columbia, a place she had connected to and fell in love with years prior. She now calls it her home. Inspired by this she now creates paintings which currently depict the beauty of nature around her and the desire to portray light and how it manifests in both urban, rural and interior landscapes.
Gorman is a member of Studio 211 in Courtenay.

Anouk Hartwell
